What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged. Your workspace pauses, your data stays for 30 days, and you can choose a plan any time in that window. We email you 3 days before it ends, and again when it has ended.
Can I have more time to try it?
Yes. If you're still setting up when the trial ends, reply to any email from us and we'll extend it.
What is the founding offer?
The first 20 DSPs to choose a plan keep the price they signed up at for as long as they stay with us, including for stations they add later at the same plan.
Is there a free trial for the DSP services?
No. The 30-day free trial is for the software. Services are our team's time, so they're paid from the first week, and the scope is agreed with you on a call first.
Is the software included with DSP services?
Yes. Every service includes StaffFlo Pro for that station while the service is active. If you stop the service, Pro continues at its normal price.
How do I add another station?
Ask for it in Settings › Stations. We confirm it the same day and it's added to your next invoice at your plan's price. That keeps your bill exactly matched to the stations you run.
Do I need my own texting account?
For texts, yes: connect Twilio, Telnyx or another provider in a few clicks and you pay them directly. Without one, applicants still get email and their own page.
Can you import our current applicants?
Yes. Download our sample spreadsheet, or upload Indeed's candidate download as it is. We match the columns and show you every row before anything is added.
How do I pay?
By invoice from The Hubb, monthly or yearly. Monthly plans can stop at the end of any month; yearly plans are paid up front with 2 months free.
