Terms of service

The service

StaffFlo (DSP) is software for hiring: job pages, applications, workflows, messages, interviews, documents and records. These terms apply to the company that signs up ("you") and everyone you invite.

Your account

• You decide who gets access and what they can do, and you're responsible for what your users do.
• Keep sign-in details private. Two-step sign-in is available and recommended.

Your data

• Your data is yours. For applicant and worker information, you decide how it is used; we handle it only to run the service for you.
• You can download reports and your workforce list, keep copies of signed documents in your own cloud storage, and ask us for a full export at any time.
• We don't sell it and don't use it to train anything.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully, including employment and anti-discrimination law, background-check rules, and federal transportation rules where they apply.
• Texts and emails go out through accounts you connect. Follow their terms and the rules for texting: get consent, honor STOP right away, and send only what people agreed to.
• Give applicants your privacy contact (Settings, Privacy) so your privacy and texting terms pages can point to you.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, misleading or abusive content; no attempts to reach other customers' data or to disrupt the service; no sending messages people didn't agree to.

Availability and backups

We work to keep the service available and back it up regularly. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible.

Fees

Fees are per active station per month, as agreed when you sign up. Taxes may apply.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After an account ends, you have 30 days to ask for a full export; then your data is deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, StaffFlo (DSP) is not liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We'll tell you about important changes to these terms at least 30 days before they apply.
