What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged. Your workspace pauses, your data stays for 30 days, and you can choose a plan any time in that window. We email you 3 days before it ends, and again when it has ended.
How do I add another station?
Ask for it in Settings › Stations. We confirm it the same day and it's added to your next invoice at your plan's price. That keeps your bill exactly matched to the stations you run.
Do I need my own texting account?
For texts, yes: connect Twilio, Telnyx or another provider in a few clicks and you pay them directly. Without one, applicants still get email and their own page.
Can you import our current applicants?
Yes. Download our sample spreadsheet, or upload Indeed's candidate download as it is. We match the columns and show you every row before anything is added.
How do I pay?
By invoice from The Hubb, monthly or yearly. Monthly plans can stop at the end of any month; yearly plans are paid up front with 2 months free.
