Who this is for
This notice is from StaffFlo (DSP). It covers the people who sign in to StaffFlo (DSP) for their company. If you applied for a job, the company you applied to is responsible for your information: see the privacy policy linked at the bottom of its job pages.
What we keep about users
- Your name, email, role and the stations you work with.
- Sign-in records: a protected (hashed) password, two-step sign-in settings, and when you signed in.
- An audit log of changes you make, so your company can see who did what.
Cookies
Cookies only for the service itself: one keeps you signed in, one remembers the language chosen on job pages, and one remembers whether you prefer the table or board view. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Applicant information
We handle applicant and worker information only on each company's instructions, to run the service for them. Protected answers and files are encrypted, access is limited by role and station, and every look at protected information is logged.
Who else is involved
Emails and texts go through the accounts each company connects (for example its own mailbox or texting provider). Signed documents can be copied to the company's own cloud storage. We don't sell information or use it for advertising.
How long
User accounts are kept while the company uses StaffFlo (DSP) and deleted within 30 days after it ends, except records the law requires us to keep.
