Who we are
AXC Logistics uses this site to take and manage job applications. AXC Logistics decides how your information is used. StaffFlo (DSP) provides the software and handles your information only on AXC Logistics's instructions.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, mobile number, your answers to our questions, files you upload, documents you sign and the interview times you book.
- What is recorded when you use the site: your consent to texts (with the exact wording, time and internet address), your messages with our team, and when you open your application.
Why we use it
To review your application, contact you about it, schedule interviews, complete hiring steps (documents, and checks the law requires for some jobs), and keep the records the law asks us to keep.
Text messages and email
We text you about your application only if you agreed on the application form, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP. See our text message terms.
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive texts is not shared with any third party.
Who sees it
- The hiring team at AXC Logistics for the location you applied to.
- The companies that deliver our emails and texts, only to deliver them.
- We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for hiring and for records the law requires. Protected answers (such as a Social Security number) and uploaded files can be deleted automatically after a set time. Some records must be kept for a period set by law, for example drug and alcohol testing records under federal transportation rules and employment eligibility (I-9) forms.
How we protect it
Protected answers and files are encrypted. Only people at AXC Logistics who need them can see them, and every look at protected information is logged.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information.
- Withdraw your application: from your application portal, or by contacting us.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
